Refund policy
We're not complicated. In short, if you're not happy, we're not happy and we are happy to either replace your product or give you a full refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at janelleharden@yahoo.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Yesterway Candle Co., 4093 Nub Garland Rd., Toccoa, Ga 30577
Once we hear from you, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you choose to have your product replaced, we will get your new item in the mail within 2 business days of receiving your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
